Responsibilities :

As Assistance/ Operations Coordinator you are part of our Alarm Center Team, where you will be put intosituation that test all your skills. You may called upon to coordinate a member's medical care abroad, support a team of professionals in the field or manage remote site service deliveryRequirements :
Fresh graduated ( Academy/ University ) preferably with 1 (one) year or more experiences in telephone and administrative work, or customer serviceFluent English ( both written and spoken )Computer literate ( MS Word, Excel )Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently on tasks at hand as well as in a teamStrong work ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitudeand initiativeFlexibility to undertake new assignments to contribute to department improvementsRespect confidentially of company, medical and personal documentationA high standard of administrative skills, correspondence in English and management of filling systemsWilling to work extra hours/ on shift schedule
