Mill Manager
Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of operations (production, maintenance, laboratory, projects, product/by-product/waste logistics, EHS, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, training) of a palm oil mill.Ensure the palm oil mill runs safely and productively within specifications and within budget (as per volume and yield expectations).Manage and oversee the safety, environmental, food safety and security programs.Manage all budgets and costs (production, repairs and maintenance, admin/services/waste disposal, base level).Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.Required language(s): EnglishAt least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.Full-Time positions available.
