Staff Accountant Please provide the following:
Responsibilities:
Planning, monitoring, and controlling cash flow requirement, working capital,and journalAssist with various tax reports (PBB, PPN, PPH, etc)Provide cash flow forecasting to ensure that a company’s cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectivelyCreate various reports such as financial report, balance sheet, tax report, and profit&loss reportMust be willing to assist with filing documents
Requirements:
Male/Female, age max. 35 years oldEducation Bachelor Degree (S1) or Associate Degree (D3) in Accounting/Finance/Tax from a reputable university with min 3.0 GPAHave min. 2 years experience in relevant field, preferably from property or mining industryExperience in creating financial report, balance sheet, profit & loss report, and tax reportFamiliar with MS. Office programs such as Excel, Word, etcPossess incredible work ethics: Discipline, Honest, Responsible, Meticulous, Team Player, Spontaneous, full of initiative, Hard WorkerProficient in the Indonesian Tax Law and various Indonesian Taxes (PBB, PPN, PPH, etc)Must be willing to work overtime under certain conditionsExperience working in Real Estate Industry is highly preferredOffice is located at Senayan, Jakarta Selatan
