RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Responsibility:
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.Responsible to post an advertisement for new enquiry, using many resources (e.g newspaper, internet, and social & professional networking).Responsible to seek potential candidates based on requirement.Responsible to lead or conduct the interview session for each open position.Responsible to maintain relation with existing clients through filled enquiry as per client request.Responsible to maintain relation with candidates.
Requirement:
Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major Having experience in dealing with recruitment matter (fresh graduated are welcome) Having good interpersonal and communication skill Fluent in English are an advantage
