Export Import Manager


Responsibilities :
To organize staff, direct and control the activities of the Customs clearance operations team.To ensure all clearance expenses are cost-effective through effective process mapping and effective coordination with operations team as well as Customs.To ensure a safe, efficient and productive working environment.Controls clearance expenses, check, verify and approve expenses request.Manage and Resolve major dispute with Customs.Maintain a relatively close relationship with top level Customs position.Organize and coordinate processes of Customs audit, both of the company and customer (upon request).Manage formalities processes i.e. Licenses and Permits related to the required process and procedure of Customs & Excise.Ensure that the team are thoroughly updated on the latest changes of Government and Customs procedures.Ensures that every import activities are well documented.Ensures that every import document references are traceable and easy to obtain whenever an enquiry is needed for a specific case or issues.Ensures that any licenses and permit of the company related to Customs & Excise are monitored on the validity and arrange the prolongation prior date of expiry.Ensures that all import data base are well maintained.Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.Required skill(s): computer literate.Required language(s): English, Bahasa IndonesiaPreferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Logistics or equivalent.Own PPJK Licence from Customs.A minimum of two ( 2 ) years experience in Customs Clearance handling.At least two ( 2 ) years of management or supervisory experience.Must be highly organized and highly motivated.Strong and effective communication skills in English both verbal and written.Effective listening skills.Ability to understand an activity, gathers information, analyze information, and report results.Effective decision-making skills.Ability to work closely with internal department and external customers, including different industries and disciplines, communicate customer processes effectively and accurately.Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and be proactive in addressing improvement opportunities.Highly committed and able to withstand any kind of vendors abuse.1 Full-Time positions available.
