Role Responsibility
Responsible to promote and develop the complete company Platform portfolio (Product & Service)Committed to develop a sales and business plan to grow company business and profitAct as the Company ambassador who is build local relationships and is continuously creating new adequate contacts at his accounts, with a main focus on the highest possible level.Transfers knowledge and success from Global and Area levelCoordinate the necessary local support team within the company or local distributor for business developmentEstablishes long term growth strategy at his accounts in coordination with Local and Area managementOrganises appropriate sales and marketing activities as part of the business planReport to Sales Manager — Energy Segment for Indonesia activity r,,IktiitcCCompetence Requirements:
Must posses engineering degree.Must have 3 — 5 years experience for Power Industries Business development for Product and Service.Experience in handling a project for well known Power Plant company, such as PLN, Indonesia Power would be an advantageSelf-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal, with presentation and team selling experience.Willing to travel domestic, internationally and experienced in working across cultures.Demonstrated ability to be a team player and interact with colleagues across the company.Knowledge of customer and market activity in Power Industries SegmentFluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian.Only candidates who met with the above mentioned competencies should apply for the position.
