Responsibilities :
To plan and manage all engineering & maintenance functions, including operational risk assessment and control and loss mitigationTo manage all relevant risk and compliance issues in the delivery of Property Management Services, in accordance with the Scope of Work attached to the Management AgreementTo ensure effective and efficient delivery of services exceeding client expectationsTo achieve budget controls and other targets established and reviewed by the Superior/ClientsTo add value and promote efficient and cost-effective procedures as part of the ongoing maintenance review processRequirements :
Degree in engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with some expertise in property managementQualifications in risk management or equivalentMember of Building Management Association or similar professional bodyMinimum 5 years of experience in related fieldsKnowledge and practical experience in the application of MS Office SoftwareExcellent command of English, with proficiency in report writing in both English and BahasaA demonstrable experience in team building & leadership roles are a must
