Qualification :
Maximum 45 years oldMinimum a bachelor degree in Law or HR Management from reputable universityPossessing at least 8 (eight) years experience in Human Resource field, with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial position, preferably from mining industryExperienced in recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, organizational development, payroll, and industrial relationsDeep understanding about man power regulation, especially in mining industryExcellent in English, both written and oralComputer-literateExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skillFast learner, self motivated attitude and able to work independently under pressure situation and tight timelineAble to work under pressure and always seek best solution to solve problemWill be located in remote area (Halmahera island) with rotation schedule If you meet the criteria above, please submit your application and
