Qualification:
Max 35 years oldBachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geologyMinimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, AutoCad, Carlson MiningPosses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, and controlling to all mining activitiesAble to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mineAble to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining processGood understanding about HSE / K3Fluent in English both oral & writtenComputer Literate in using MS office & InternetPro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilitiesHardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honestWill be located in remote area (Halmahera island) with rotation schedule
